  This air quality of this restaurant was much higher than I expected. Additionally, this fun restaurant is located on land near water not on the actual water. Not sure if that counts as false advertising. A Grose Ile staple!

  The wait staff is not experienced and has a difficult time knowing what beers they offer or even know what bourbon is. The food is inconsistent and quality is lacking, they only thing this place has going for it that it's on the water. Oh yeah and the taps have been broken or removed back in June of 2016. I gave them a few try's and want them to be good but they just aren't trying.

  Ordered take out on a Wednesday night. Picked up meal and drove home to find out that one of the meals that we had paid for had not been made or placed with our order. (This is not the first time a take-out meal of mine had been messed up.) Also, one of my guests, who is a vegetarian, had ordered her meal with no meat. Opened her meal and realized that there was in fact meat in her meal, even though she specifically had ordered no meat. I then had to drive all the way back to this "quality restaurant" to pick up the forgotten meal and request that the vegetarian's meal be made without meat. I was greeted by a woman behind the bar and explained my unfortunate dilemma. She asked me repeatedly if I was absolutely sure the meal was not taken home and as if she was accusing me of trying to scam them out of a sandwich. Even though I had brought my receipt and showed it to the woman. and Very hesistant to make us a sandwich THAT WE HAD PAID FOR and never received. She even rolled her eyes at me. To make matters worse, she refused to make me another vegetarian meal because "it had already left the building". This resulted in my guest not being to able to eat the meal that she had ordered AND PAID FOR because it was made incorrectly by the workers at smokies. When our meal that she had to "remake" (when it was actually the first time this sandwich was made) was handed to me, this worker replied with a snarky and sarcastic "have a good night". VERY DISSAPPOINTED with the customer service that was displayed that night.

  Absolutely delicious food! It is what you have come to expect from Smokies. High quality food and friendly service. I enjoy the water view on Grosse Ile. Very pleasant.
